That black color looks so great when it`s taken care of. You made it really pop.

That`s something newer than a 13 (used to own a 13). The Edge is really a great car for the money. I miss mine.... sometimes

Justins00ss:
1a) What dilution ratio do you use for L.A. Totally Awesome (LATA. FYI, yes, it is the APC you buy at dollar stores for cheap!) when cleaning engine bays?
1b) Is the LATA dilution ratio the same as for cleaning wheel wells??
2) What dilution ratio(s) do you use for Meg`s Detailer Line D170 Hyper Dressing on:
a) Tires
b) Engine Bay plastic and rubber
c) How long time-wise does the Hyper dressing last on tires, including "normal washes" or rain?
3) Do you use an Infra Red heater/light to cure the IGL coatings or do they cure in a heated garage??
a) If done with IR lamp, how long time-wise does it take?
b) If done with ambient heat, at what temperature does the coating need to cure at?

(So many questions, Captain Obvious, so little advice!)

FYI, on Ford`s Tuxedo Black. It was supposedly developed to help "hide" the dirt and minor imperfections that SUV and truck owners/lessees complained about seeing in a true black and yet preferred a black-colored vehicle. It does, indeed, SEEM to do that with the metal flake. Nice detailing workmanship on this color!

1a/1b- 50/50 for engine bays, jambs, tires and wells

2a/b- 50/50
2c- it varies but I`ll get a couple weeks without rain out of it.

3- No inferred lights. 2 hours cure at a minimum 50 deg F between layers. 4hrs cure after 2nd layer is applied then IGL premier is applied before releasing to client.
