This is a really low mileage Miata that I detailed last week. The car overall wasn't too bad to start with but definitely benefited from a days worth of polishing!!
I always get carried away while I'm working and forget to take before pics. However, I managed to grab a few...
After a thorough wash and clay it was time to tackle the tar that had been on there for a couple years. Ouch!!
As I said the car wasn't horrible but as you can see the wheels needed a little attention...
The interior had a few bumps and bruises but nothing that couldn't be managed. The dash plastic had some scratches which I got out except for one that was too deep.
The paint on this MX-5 wasn't too bad, so I didn't need to get extensive. I went for the trusty Poorboy's Pro Polish and topped that with Natty's Paste Wax. I applied Poorboy Wheel Sealant to all four wheels and dressed all the tires Poorboy Bold N Bright. I also used Bold N Bright on the engine...gives a great low matte non greasy finish. The interior also received a little Pro Polish on the shiny plastic to removed the minor scratches and scuffs. I applied QD+ to all of the polished plastic and the clear lenses including instrument cluster. The dash was protected with Natural Look, which always looks AWESOME with it's low matte shine. I conditioned all the leather with Leather Stuff and a red Buff n Shine applicator.
My client was elated to say the least. The pictures just don't bring out the Silver Sparkle that it has. Really a pleasure to work on! :bigups
