2010 CTS-V Center console scratches

Hey guys,



I'm considering picking up a 2010 CTS-V. It has the black plastic center console. Every single one i've seen has scratches on the center console. Does anyone know a combination to pull these scratches out?

Since it's plastic, I'd go with something like Meguiar's PlastX followed by a spray type product such as Novus #1.

Not familiar with the center console, is it matte, satin, or shiny? I've used Klasse AIO on a couple shiny ones along with various polishes and waxes with fillers. If it's matte, I wouldn't bother with it unless you want to replace it.

They're glossy, "piano black"

Side note :that popup screen is an abomination IMHO. Yes I've driven one for a bit. Remember scratches are removed material.

Yes another one of the stupidest designed car materials. CTS, Dodge Journey, Ford Escape not sure what else. Lets bring back some more Yes Essentials cloth fabric. Really make it a nightmare to detail.
