This car was completed the 2nd week of December on my NJ/NY trip. The owner wanted a maintenance type detail to prep the car for winter although it would not see the sun unless the weather is just right. This owner had 2 cars I completed the same day but this is the first I will share. I knew that this color would make for some great photos so like normal, I took many! The car has a few areas that need some extra attention that could not be taken care of the same day because of both cars needing to be done but the owner said next time I'm up, he wants the car to look its absolute best it can so I'll be on this car again in spring/summer. The car was delivered on a flat bed so it had 1 mile when the owner took over. The front fenders, hood, rocker panels, mirrors all have the clear bra. Well not too much to this detail but some crazy looking pictures and another great relationship with a customer.
Thanks to Greg (Highrev1) for the help with this job!!!
Wash - ONR
Clay
Optimum Poli-Seal via White LC 5.5 Pad at speed 6 on PC
Blackfire Wet Diamond via Blue LC 5.5 Pad at speed 4 on PC
Optimum Opti-Seal on wheels and glass.
Optimum Metal Polish on all trim and exhaust tips.
The car really wasn't that bad, just a few spots to fix.
You can tell from the start that it was going to be some glossy paint when complete.
A few rocks were stuck behind the rocker panels where the clips are located.
Now let's get rolling with some after pictures.
Then I got to pull the car outside to get some better pictures. It was like 20 degrees out so if any pictures were blurry, sorry. It was hard to keep my hands still. I used the tripod for a majority of the time.
