2007 Lexus ES

Interior handles look like they came directly out of a new Altima. The big dildo shaped central console is horrid. Most Lexus designs are OK with me, but this interior is all wrong.
 
The interior is nothing like the exterior--which has that chiseled-from-a-solid-block. I just don't get it. It's really a step down (design wise) from the current ES, which has one of the nicest interiors for a car under 40k.
 
I'm a little more optimistic about the car after seeing the newest pics. As for that console, gotta see it in person. It looks a little better in these pictures because its so steeply raked.



Its definately odd though, and doesn't fit in with the other new Lexus interiors.



The exterior looks much better in these pics though. I'd trade my 03 in on this probably.
 
The exterior is nice although the side view has a very Avalon profile to it.



The interior is simply a disaster. The also got rid of way too much wood. I'm very sad as this is a big step back from my interior look imho.
