Very sharp! Love the new back end of the car, and the interior (which was always the cars weak point in my opinion).



Any HP increases for 07??

06 A/T - 280 hp

06 M/T - 298 hp



07 all trannys - 307 hp





While it may not seem like much, the engine was majorly overhauled with over 50% new parts. Plus, the horsepower ratings were strickened (industry wide) for '07 meaning that the power would've rated higher in '06.

The difference can be seen in times, the '06's pull mid 5's to 60, and low 14s high 13s in the 1/4. The '07's are getting low 5's and mid 13's, not a huge difference but its there. As mentioned, the torque curve peaks much higher up the band now (unfortunately), and the AT is the same one that's in the current G, but the gearing is more aggressive.

Sweet news and sweet engines. Gotta luv underrated HP ratings.....



My zhp pulls a solid 14 second quarter mile and "supposedly" has 65 HP less than the G35.

I did for a while, too .





Hopefully the RDX turbo technology will catch on with some other models. Also, it won't hurt to go to an all RWD/AWD lineup...I have a big bias against FWD (for performance) after my last two vehicles.

I'm hoping that they start offering their diesels here.
