2006 RSX Type S - Black

Hey guys, did Dennis' car (dvw55) from Club RSX a few weeks ago and it came out great. Car was covered in heavy swirls and had tons of water spots that were really stubborn. After doing a test spot we agreed on a Stage 2 polish for the exterior which removed 95% of the swirls and a majority of the water spots.

Process was:

Wash via ONR

Clay as needed

#83 via orange pad @ 6 on PC

#9 via white pad @ 6 on PC (certain spots)

OPS via white pad @ 5 on PC

#26 by hand

I just saw a black rsx-s here at school today. Was thinking i wonder what it would look like all detailed. I guess this is my answer, looks good. :bigups

how did you know when the swirls were there, and gone if you're doing it all in the sun? i like to have a completely dark room with one small light source to check for my swirls. i don't have that capability though, because my garage is packed. so how did you manage to get such great results in the sun? because you can see everything on black??

again, nice job!

The sun shows swirls great. I just get the right angle to check for swirls and go to work, then check again. If its good I go to the next area. I'm use to this way since I'm outside most the time. Thanks though!
