I was able to borrow my friend's hose to clean my wheels so they were cleaned first. Tires were cleaned with Amazing Roll-off. Wheels were cleaned with P21s Wheel Cleaner and sealed with PB Wheel Sealant. Tires dressed with Sonus Tire Gel.
Car was jacked up and wells were cleaned with Meg's APC+ diluted 4:1 then dressed with 303.
Nice and dusty (the car was actually just hosed off a week ago...) And yes, those are paw prints. The kitten that frequents our complex's garage really likes to take naps on top of my car.
Car washed with ONR using two bucket wash method with grit guards.
Halfway through, I looked down at my rinse bucket and decided it was time to change out both buckets.
Clayed with Sonus green clay
Checked the paint in the sun. Car's been through an automatic car wash (due to a friend...he meant well) among other things.
Taped up
Decided to tackle the paint with 106FA with a white LC CCS pad. Polish was acting up a bit which an IPA wipedown seemed to take care of.
After one pass of 106FA
Hit the car again with 106FA/white pad and finished with Po85RD and gray LC pad.
Removed tape (these are so fun to throw at people)
Washed again to remove all the polish dust (the water looks better this time around)
Trim was carefully cleaned with a Swissvax Wheel Brush.
Car was wiped down with Menzerna Top Inspection and inspected again in the (setting) sun.
Car was topped with Fuzion. Exterior trim received a layer of Black WOW and topped with 303. Weather seals were also cleaned and dressed with 303.
Interior was vacuumed, dash was cleaned with distilled water or, if dirty (cupholders...), Meg's APC+ diluted 10:1 and dressed with OPP.
