It's not a 2009 concept. It is a 2006 concept for the 2009 production year. I doubt that the production model will look anything like the concept. Case in point...

The concepts are usually close, but I doubt things like the pointy nose or those tail lights will make it to production. Often times the concept cars would never be allowed to be licensed in America.

I don't know about that. I think there have been several cars that turned out looking mostly like what the concept car looked like. The Porsche Carrera GT concept looks as much like the real GT as the 350Z looks like it's concept. Honda has had several concepts that look like the real deal. The Element and the Ridgeline were nearly unchanged other than the few features they deliberately put on concept cars for the 'wow' factor. They were changed about as much as the 350Z was. Lots of cars end up looking just like the concept.
