2005 Acura TL

Car was in pretty good shape for 5 years old. Owner had just purchased and wanted full standard detail with no paint correction. For most 1-steps these days I keep going back to Optimum Poli-Seal, work until it disappears, then mist with OCW, wipe with MF to remove and residue and leave a quick, bright finish.

Exterior:

Wash CG CWC

Sonus Clay

Poli-Seal, PC, Orange foam pad, Speed 5

OCW

Megs #38 tires/trim

Interior:

Door panels/plastic got Megs APC 10:1, brush agitate, and steam

PB's NL all interior plastic

Carpets and mats vacuumed:

Matrix Grand Slam TLC

Nylon brush via PC

Matrix All Fibre rinse hot water extract

Did you do anything to the paint as far as polishing. I just a 07 TL Type S and it seems the paint is alittle harder then I imagined. Doesnt help that mine is black

No extra polishing steps wanted by client, just the Optimum Poli-Seal via foam pad.

Client did not want any extra polishing steps, paint only got PoliSeal via orange foam pad and PC.

That looks great, that gen TL is soooo much better than the new one (minus the FWD).

I agree on the Poli-Seal/OCW combo. It just works so well, and I get rave reviews from customers on how well it holds up (which surprised me quite a bit).

Agree, and it's so easy/quick. I don't even remove the PoliSeal residue, I just work it until it disappears. Spray with OCW, wipe, flip, wipe, done.
