Well, I finally got to it this morning after work. I came home and washed the truck with meguairs gold class wash and then parked it in the street in the shade provided by a house. Now the bottle says wax the entire vehicle and then wipe off. Okay, so I should inform you that it was in the mid 50's with low to medium humidity. Good lord this truck is huge. It took me about an hour to get the wax done.
The bottle also says it doesnt dry white, while this is partially true, it began to. I got the microfibers out and went to town wiping it off. MMMMMMmmmmm... okay. It went okay for about a foot section and then it was like it wasnt dry. I stood back and waited longer, still the same problem. I folded my towel and kept going. I switched towels... some spots were better than others. I know what you all are thinking, (he used to much). Maybe I did, but I tried my best to put a thin, even layer on. After I was done I went back over it with another towel. Turned out okay, any better than other waxes too soon to tell. But I give it a thumbs up for smell, ease of application and somewhat the ease of coming off.
For long term, we'll see.
Thanks for reading,
Oh and holy cow this truck is huge.

I did my 2004 Ram 1500 with NXT and the temps were around 60° in Chicago area last weekend with no probs, went on easy with PC and came off easy by hand with MF towels. Will put another coat on this weekend hopefully maybe top it with #16.

I didnt have anything to top it with and no time this morning either, after working 12 hours, I was tired. It is suppose to rain tonight and tomorrow, so I am gonna wash it again after and then see what I can find locally to top it with. Thanks.

Even with the conditions as you described the NXt should have dried completely within an hour.

Did you shake the bottle well?

What type of applicator did you use?

How about towels? How were they cared for?

I shook it for quite awhile, I read the directions and made sure I fillowed them to the "t". The towels were washed in warm water with liquid soap and dried on low heat without a dryer sheat as I saw on here to do... that is right isnt it. The pad I used was the purple/green foam pad that cam with it, I used the purple sire where it didnt say meguiars.
Maybe I just didnt wait long enough... I am really leaning towards the weather aspect... Thanks again

I asked over at Megs online and they said it's perfectly fine to use the NXT Booster to "prime" your applicator pad when using NXT wax. For me, this makes a WORLD of difference as far as applying the NXT. It goes on much more evenly and easily and lets me put down a slightly heavier coating without the drawbacks of applying it too thick...AKA... buffs off like a dream
