2004 Grand Prix

Here are some shots of a buddies Grand Prix I detailed this weekend.

My process was as follows:

1) Wash and Dry

2) Clay

3) Meguiars Swirl Free Polish using PC on speed 5

4) NXT wax using PC on speed 3

5) Hi_tech Yellow wax using PC on speed 3

everything was removed using a microfiber cloth



What, if anything would you have done different? The paint on this car was in good shape to begin with. It did not have any swirling or other micro marring that I could see.

nice job.. how much time did you give inbeteen application of the nxt wax, and the yellow wax?

The wait time between coats was somewhere around 30 minutes.

I know most say wait at least 12 hours or more between coats but what can you do when you don't have that luxury?
