Great work Sean - I may not reply much but I look often and appreciate the wealth of info you (and others) provide. I'm just about to get my first rotary (Makita), and I've been mulling over what pads to use with it. I currently use the contoured Lake Country pads on my PC (both 6.5" and 7.5"), just wondering if you use the same with the Makita, or whther you stick with flat pads? In fact, any advice on rotary pad selection would be greatfully received (if it helps, the polishes I currently use and reach for time and time again are PG, IP, FPII and those from the Optimum range).

Here is the steamer I use: KleenJet Pro Plus 200S (http://69.94.66.95/comfiles/pages/19.shtml)

It is VERY effective, a little time consuming, a little pricey, but pays for itself quickly.

A LITTLE pricey? :lmfao

Though I suppose since it doesn't look like you'd need a steamer AND extractor with one of those, it's a bit more justifiable.

You seem to find just the right product for each and every job. This is what sets you apart from your run-of-the-mill detailer in the areas. No one can come close to what you accomplish in mobile detailing work! Not even some shop based operations! And I'm sure if you had a full fledged shop it would be one killer facility and crew!
