Ford Fanatic
Here’s one of our shop trucks. I had to drive it home last night because my truck was getting worked on. Grama had the kids so I figured I would clean it up. This thing was trashed and I know it has not been waxed since we bought it and only washed when I yell at the guys loud enough. I was able to remove a lot of the scratches and marks that our trucks are just magnets for, but I was not able to remove them all.

My Process.

Purple Power
M105 on LC Yellow Pad
Meg’s 21 Synthetic Sealant on LC White Pad
303 Protectant
Invisible Glass
Meg’s Hot Shine

I went with a sealant only and no wax because I was more worried about durability than shine.

The best way to attack that diamond plate is with a wool pad or wool ball or better yet a metal polishing wheel (a sewn together cloth type pad).

Foam pads aren't able to effectively polish in tight around the diamonds.

Better plan on dedicating whatever pad you use to just aluminum polishing because they don't clean up very well afterwards.;)

Looks good.:bigups
