Process (took 10 hours total):
Washed with Optimum Car Wash
Optimum Polish / Cutting Pad / Speed 6 / PC /
Menzerna P085RD / Polishing Pad / Speed 6 / PC / A bit of pressure on the machine
Menzera FMJ x 2 / By Hand
Poorboys Pro Polish on Rims by hand
Poorboys wheel sealant by hand (i need to get a drill lol) x 3
Poorboys BNB x 2 on Tires
The tires look dull in these pics becuase I wnet through a constrution area and there was a little dirt/dust. I was able to get about 90% of the swirls out, i am going start learning the rotary, and hopefully by spring i can get more out.

Optimum is my new go to polish, easy to use, little dusting and leaves a great finish.

My plan is to put one more coat of FMJ, then top with either Blitz/Nattys Blue/Trade Secret/Pink Wax x 3

really nice . Those 10 hrs really paid off . Love the rims .
Thanks, the hours could have been worse, i kinda lucked out, temps in the 50/60s and a little but of clouds + a garage. Thanks for the compliment on teh rims:)

Looking reallllly good. I love this style 'stangs. I detail an 01 Bullett and love it. Good work and nice flake!

I don't think you can get any more swils out of that paint! Maybe the camera doesn't show it, but I wouldn't take a rotary to that! Right now it looks 100 times better than other cars on the road.

yea, the camera doesnt show the other swirls, but the rear bumper and roof still have a few bad spots :(

i love it when u guys take the time to drive to a nice location to take the shot. a lot better than the driveway shots and it makes the car look that much better without all the distractions ud see of "other" cars, plants, bokes, garage supplies, ect. makes u focus on the qualities of the paint finsh.

u sir did an awesome job! lets just see and wonder if u actually let it sit thru the winter or if u redo it :punk:

dude! leave them. if u cant take em out with a pc then leave it at that. unless u're gonna be driving along side a bunch of dc members or entering it into a show, no-1, and this i promise, will notice. focus on rough patches like side panels and the hood.

ill only pull out my rotory on other peoples finshes where time or effectiveness is an issue. other wise, lately ive been using a pc for my car.

Thanks for the kind words jorride! yea, i am testing out this combo, so i am probably going to just add the wax and leave it, unless it somehow gets swirls again :D

Car looks real nice, and like joy said most others won't notice. They will be too busy admiring the flake to notice a swirl or 2
