I did a blue exterra this weekend. The owner told me it was in perfect condition and has been meticulously maintained. Right.

I used Sonus SFX 1, 2 and 3 with the Sonus pads on a PC. Followed up with NXT topped with meg's carnauba (step 3 of deep crystal system).

I actually know the guy and I'm pretty sure he thought the paint was in really good condition. He just doesn't look at it the same way we do - the worst part was the sap that he left on the hood for a very long time. Took me a couple of hours to get a good chunk of it off the hood before I even started polishing!! There was a good part though, he had the back buffed because of a key scratch, and that was very easy to get the marring out (although whoever did it left a lot of marks behind).
