well, here she is. I live in the barracks, so no garage or shade to give her a full treatment. My base does provide those covered pressure coin-op washers (those do it yourself hose ones), so I took her there.

- wash w/ Eagle One car wash soap

- quick run down with a claybar

- coat of Meguiar's NXT

the rims are stained and rashed up, so I didn't pay much attention to them (new rims in a month). It still has alot of swirls, but my PC and all my materials are at my parent's house back in California, so just making due with what I got. The NXT did cut down on quite a bit, my 1st time using this stuff and I like it :D

Sweet stang, I've always been fond of that gen. in GT trim. I've driven one before and it sure can get up and go, but that's coming from someone that drives a bulky v6 1/2 ton truck.. :( Nonetheless, the gt stang is a quick one.

BlackMach1,

As big as Ft. Hood is, you should spin by the MWR auto shop. You could talk to the manager about MWR buying a couple PCs (small money to them) and you could offer to give classes in auto paint care. The troops would eat it up. MWR managers are usually looking for new ideas and classes to offer. Since it is not in the code ring, MWR is Morale, Welfare and Recreation. Just an idea IF you are not constantly in the field. A good chance to meet your fellow soldiers with similar interest to yours.
