I think im switching over to poorboys everyhting from now on. 3m's finish restore or scratch and swirl remover sucks! it dries in 3 seconds and when you have it wet long enough to work it (even inside in good conditions) its just doesnt work! 2nd the meguiars fine cut swirl remover i beleieve its number 9 - also sucks. It just does not work. On very little swirl i tried goin up on and that didnt do anyhting either. Everyone allways talks about poorboys .So come stock time Im just guna order all the ssr's. Anything else they make worth getting. Secondly I am currentl still in my shop for a little while longer but I just bought a pick up to use for mobile detailing due to the fact enterprise rental car wants to clean up 70 cars a month for 45 dollars a car. In a 31 day month if only working 5 days a week thats only 3 enterprise cars a day. Wich is fine. Now the 45 dollars is what they are offering there negotiable and the also stress the fact the dont need to be perfect just clean. some also only inside some also only outside some both so i lose sometimes the lose sometimes. I might say 30 for just inside , 45 for outside and 60 for full detail . 70 cars a month at 45 bucks a car is good money while i still have alot save up from profit out ofthe shop and will help me not spend my savings while im setting up another shop . Detailings detailing. wether it be out of your drive way or out of a specialized truck its all ending the same way ......money. you think those prices are good for fleet? or should i go more. or go less. thanks in advance ....

How long will these detailings take? And will you make what you need to meet your hourly rate?
For example: if you detail three enterprise cars a day at $45, you'll make $135 per day. Divide the $135 by the number of hours it takes you to do the three vehicles and you've got your hourly rate.

In addition to the SSR's (you wont need SSR3 yet I shouldn't think) you should get Pro Polish (PP) and Polish w Carnauba (PwC) both are one-step products. PP for light paint and metallics, PwC for darks.
Ex and EX-P are excellent sealants but that depends on whether that's the type of work you envisage yourself doing.
The best news is that they can all be used in FULL SUN. Beats short winter days of poor light and not much of it!

Sounds like a 'not too bad' deal IMO.
Consider that all the cars are in one place; you don't have any travel time between jobs (which is an item that seems to be neglected), no 'set up/take down' time. The cars are new, so the paint should be in good condition. Some will require very little work, some will require a lot (as you said - sometimes you win, sometimes they win).
It will surely keep you busy.
I'd take it. If it doesn't work out - move on.
And DEFINITELY use Poorboys.

Im goin to get poorbays stuff as soon as i run low on all my stuff. Im still in a two way crossfire with this company about the whole water thing. I dont have a tank I dont want a tank. The have no hook up but they do have water meters on fire hydrants. They want me to pay for the water! No way the rate i govae them are unbelievable. So if they want me to paty for water rates are goin up some so cover the diffrence .

I would go with Polish with Carnauba, Bold and Bright and Natural Look. For quick one-step details, you can go wrong. You could always go the QEW route inf you won't have access to water.. One gallon or so per car isn't too bad.
