1st wash

well i got up at 7am this morning to beat the sun down here florida.
everything went well. The only thing that bothered me was when i soaped
up one side of the yukon by the time i did the other side the first side started
to dry. Did i do something wrong? Is there a trick to it?
Other than that i used to 2 bucket method and the flood method when it came to rinsing off the car...worked pretty good. And i used a quick detailer
while i was drying it off.thanks again for all the tips...well i have my wife's durango to do in the morning

It's easier if you lather and rinse one section at a time on a car that size. If you're using a QD to dry then water-spotting isn't really much of a problem from rinse water.

ok i'll do that next time...i used the QD after i finished drying...should i use the QD while i'm drying?

just keep wetting the vehicle after every rinse. do one section at a time and then do a quick over with the hose on the whole car to keep it wet.

Thats what I do, it works really well when it is sunny and hot outside. Then I pull the car into the garage to dry it.
