This is a job I did for the fellow that bought my old STS. I am pleased how it came out for a 10 year old car! Here's the process:

106ff with white pad

FP II with blue pad

colonite 476

I also wet sanded a few places that needed it with 2000 grit.

The wheels were done with metal polish

but usually we say damn what did the owner do to that car?...in this case it was YOU hehehe.

I actually detail it for him once a year; he has had it 3 years now. The paint was perfect when I sold it to him. The car has over 140,000 km on it, which is not bad for a 10 year old car. I also do an oil change for him at the same time once a year using AMSOIL (the best oil there is, bar none!!). The wear and tear took its toll on the paint this time though!!:buffing:
 
Super job on the entire car. I take it you're north of the border since you used km's. Did the wheels not have clear coat on them or has it been removed?

No clear coat. When I owned the car, i removed the paint from the "windows" in between the spokes to show the chrome underneath, with laquer thinners. The chrome was not quite as good a quality, but better than the ugly paint imo. those windows get dirty as can be though.
 
Looks amazing! Just curious as to why you used FPII after 106FF? I just bought 106FF and want to make sure I am goin to use it correctly before proceeding. I was under the impression that 106FF has slightly less cut than FP but finishes better and glossier.
