This here is my daily driver. When I got the car it was beaten up, never waxed in its life, and when it actually was washed, it was by the big bad swirl monster.
The car's paint on both the front and rear bumpers is chipped and scratched everywhere but that is a Spring project. For now I did a simple detail to get the car looking somewhat decent. It was also the first claying every for the car. It completely destroyed my clay.
What I Used:
- Armor All Wash & Wax w/ Carnauba (good stuff)
- Before drying, clayed with Megs gray clay and QD as lube
- Rims and wheel wells degreased with TW F21 (cheap stuff but works miracles)
- NuFinish Polish as LSP
- Mothers Back to Black dressing applied to all black surfaces
These pictures are from one day and 30 miles after the wash. The wheel wells and rims are somewhat dirty now.
