I should have all the pictures of the finished product up tomorrow. Want it to be perfect so I'm taking my time.

This is my own personal vehicle so I'm kind of doing this in my 'free time'.

Products used:

Wool/m105 2 passes

lc blue pad / m205.

Haven't detailed anything in about a year so I'm rusty. Hoping the final product is beautiful!

Great job! Has this car been repainted in areas? The orange peel seems very inconsistent.
the entire truck was a strip/repaint. it seems very inconsistent because of the angles i was shooting with the camera. in person you have to catch a certain angle to see the orange peel, just like my is300.

Well, after about 2 hours on the hood, I finally made some progress. Didn't know how hard my clear was until I got to the hood.

6 total passes with the rotary:

3x with yellow diamond-cut pad w/m105

2x with white/m205

1x with menzerna 106ff

Thanks bro. I should be able to pull it outside and get some outside shots after I finish putting the sealant on it today.

Last thing I didn't get a chance to finish before it started pouring was the windows and wheels. I'll get to them tomorrow. :)

looks great! i'm feelin the wheels, and i find it very rewarding to work on my own vehicle as i get to enjoy the fruits of my labor daily!
