1994 300D Extreme Paint Correction

Boy, you guys did a great job on that little diesel. I would have been reluctant to attack a car like that. I hope you handed the owner a big bill for that effort. It really turned out well!



(FWIW, it can't be a 1994. The 2.5Turbo was produced between 1990.5-1993. The 1994 and 1995 cars were inline sixes, 3.0L displacement, w/o turbo.)

I hope he didn`t charge his parents too much! :chuckle:

Awesome awesome work. You should post this on benz world, they would go gaga over this stuff. The correction on the w124 300d was astonishing. I have a w124 in the back of the shop that i am going to mess around with eventually. It is good to know they have soft paint, i would have guessed that it would be hard like all other mercedes paint.



As tom p. pointed out, i think it is older than a 94. Mercedes did a face lift on the w124 in 94 i think. For old paint, it polished up beautifully. Your dad will love it.



The c63 amg is equally impressive. I find it interesting that it is bigger than the w124. Both are fantastic cars and you did some top notch work.
