1993 Taurus SHO from hell! M105, M80, DG105

Never liked that color until i saw your post! Wow, so that is what they looked like right out of the showroom!! AWESOME!!
 
Randy - you'll definitely need something stronger than IP. I would pick up some Meguiar's 105 and some 4" cutting pads if I were you.
 
I'll give that a try Matt. I always try to stay with less aggressive because I am afraid to burn paint. I'll start in a small area and see what I can do. Thanks.
 
This whole post gives me some hope that I can go after my '92 Mustang a little more aggressively. I hit it with OP and a 4" cutting pad and it came back alot, but there are still swirls there. I didn't have anything more aggressive, so I quit there.



I actually went straight to LSP from OP with no compound marring, so is early 90's Ford paint hard? It seems to be.
 
It didn't seem too hard....about average I'd say.



Also, OP is VERY mild so I wouldn't expect it to leave any marring.
