Hi all,

I finally got around to trying out my recently purchased Pinnacle Signature products. I am pretty happy with the results, this a daily driven car, with over 210,000 KMS on the clock. The paint is original, apart from the bodykit. The car lives outside during the day at work, it is undercover at night however. For a white car, I am happy with the results.

I used the following process

*Washed car with Optimum NRWS,

*Dry with Pakshak WW

Clayed with Pinnacle clay bar, with their lube

Applied with an orange Excel pad, I used PS Paint Cleansing Lotion

Then applied with a green pad to remove any marring

Then applied by hand, Signature Series Carnauba Wax, with 2 coats 24hrs apart

Finally Crystal Mist QD for extra pop

The 19' wheels were only washed and misted with QD, they were drenched with Zaino when I bought them, to prevent brake dust build up from my Endless brake pads.

Tyres with treated with Meguairs Endurance, medium gloss

I know the mesh in the front bar is dirty, its being replaced during the week. The back bumper is not painted hence the color difference, its a replacement one, due to an incident with a tyre that decided to shred itself and take the other bumper out with it.

The car hasn't been washed properly in 2 years, due to our water restrictions. Its only been cleaned with QEW or NRWS or QD and my California duster.

Thoughts?

Everything I learnt, has come from this site.

So big thanks to everyone who I has given me great advise.

Only thing, I wished my car wasn't white, as it doesn't really pop or shine that well

with our water restrictions, you can still use a hose with a trigger nozzle..

its what i have been doing for a while now...

Country Victoria we can't, we haven't been able for 18 months or so.

There is very few swirls I must admit, pretty happy with the QEW wash routine.

cheers for the info

been shopping through waxit,a nd they dont seem to have QEW listed on their site

which made me think they either dont sell it anymore, or you have to ask?

Don't sell yourself short, you make white paint look very wet!

The paint looks terrific!

On a side note, if you host your pics in your Autopia gallery, you can put full sized pics in your thread and no clicking!

ScubaStevo- Its a twin-loop exhaust made by Mugen.

Basically it cancels the exhaust noise, but doesn't effect the flow of the system.

Basically to keep the car noise under legal limits

Finally my tin of #16 paste wax has turned up. I think this weekend, the Pinnicle might be stripped off. I will VM it and then #16. See if that combo works well.

Pics will be forthcomming
