Part of the large collection of cars I am slowly working on, usually 1 day per week.

1987 Ferrari Testarossa, this one was pretty hammered...

After compounding:

Engine just wiped down

ONR Wash
Meguiars M100 using a Meguiars MF cutting pad and Rupes 21 DA
Rupes Keramik Gloss using an Optimum orange foam cutting pad and HF DA
3D HD Polish using a Meguiars yellow foam polishing pad and Rupes 21 DA
Optimum Opti-Seal
Optimum Car Wax
Armor All on tires/wheel wells

Moving it back to the other warehouse:

Lighting inside was affecting the color a bit, more red like in the first shot:

Back in the main warehouse, behind it is a 356 Porsche, GTO and a W30 442.

1964 Sport Fury with a 426 Max Wedge, this was just a quick wash with Optimum No Rinse Wax & Wax and dress the tires. Real deal too, Galen Govier  certified.

Nice work on the Testarosa but more impressive is a collection that includes both a Ferrari and a Chevelle. :)

That's it...we are moving to Texas to have you work on our vehicles Scott. Great job as always.

What influenced you to use the Rupes and HD roducts over the Optimum?

Thanks,

Steve

The biggest issue was that I needed a more aggressive pad (like the Meguiars MF cutting pad) to use with Hyper Compound and I didn't have a new one-that gave M100 the edge for cutting. Wanted to use HD Polish for the finishing step since it was a non-metallic single stage finish to bump up the depth.

The Fury did not look that good when it was new!  Great work on both cars Scott!

It was restored with the factory over spray under the hood but the paint job itself is miles better than a mid-60s factory Dodge paint job. Pretty amazing car, had a really nasty lope at idle too.

What a nice '64 SF... amazing car.  The dual quad cross-ram always gets me in the gut.

What a treat... great work, Scott!

Testarossa's always are hammered! I guess the age does it? But they all take lots of work to turn around. You guys turned it around!

Current owner recently acquired it from what I understand, no telling how the previous owner(s) took care of it.
