1963 Split Window Corvette by Concours.John

man, i was more mesmerised by the interior(never focused on a split window before) man that interior is bad ass! ive always wondered with those split windows behind drivers seat is all storage space correct? looks like you could make a bed back there LOL. man i wish they would make a retroesqe corvette with the split window and that interior, love the way everything is layed out/ great job on the paint as well...now when you do details on classics you should always ask how it was restored right? ive never done a classic car so i just want to know the main things to look out for on classics. another question, my friend has a 84 buick without original engine, and we are stuck on what engine it has, transmission is a THM200R4 but have no clue what engine it is, looks like a 305 to me due to location of thermostat housing maybe you can help me help him.

It would most likely either be a Chevy 305 or an Olds 307. Both were used in the G-body Regals at various points as the platform was shared with both the Monte Carlo and the Cutlass of the time.
