19-something Mercury Topaz- BLEH!!

My sister had an '89 Topaz just like it. Least reliable car I've ever driven by far. Though it was the car I learned how to drive on so I should be thankful for that.

Anyway, huge improvement overall. Very nice work!!

LOL, I would have paid the $45 and been done. I bet people were laughing when they drove by and saw you polishing a TOPAZ!!

Are you kidding? Do you think I did it where people could see?! Seriously though, she's a nice woman and does a great job with my son and her own kids. The way her car looks is a reflection of how busy she stays with taking care of the little ones. Her house is very clean. Come on. Its a Topaz. People are gonna chuckle no matter how clean it is. But you do things to help your family, like cleaning their ugly cars. (Oh, and this was my wife's car when it was new!)

Actually, that was in good shape for a Topaz! :LOLOL

Excellent turnaround! It is still a Topaz but at least it is a shiny one! :)

Topaz and Tempos are the cars I least like to see blocking the left lane of the freeway. They not only are going under the speed limit but there is also a high likelyhood they will break down right in front of you. :nervous2:

But yes, I have detailed a Tempo, wasn't my proudest moment as a detailer but the customer was really happy.

Vanilla Moose by hand, can't remember what wax, but probably Meguiars #26.

no offense but its amazing those cars are still around I remember riding around in rental ford tempos back in 1994 and I still remember the choice words my dad reserved for those cars
