I'll be doing ONR this winter... I didn't wash my car at all last winter and it drove me nuts. I plan to fill a bucket with ONR mix, put about 6-8 microfiber towels in the mix and go to work with a towel per section. Should be quick and easy.

wannafbody- Yeah, your experience with the ONR v2.0 sounds similar to mine. I'm just *much* happier with the IUDJ compared to ONR v2.0.

I tried QEW as my first rinseless, but its lubricity and encapsulation were mediocre at best...haven't tried any others as I have a lot of the IUDJ and seem to go through it slowly.

I just got my bottle of Durgloss Rinseless so hopefully I can try it out soon. It smells good. I'm tempted to try it as a bubble less bath.

Is this the one with Aquawax?? Hopefully they resolved the issue of the pink particles floating in the bottle. It would get very annoying in trying to use the product. I would have to strain it through a coffee filter.

Nice to see this thread taking on a life of it's own and helping out members interested in alternatives to a traditional 2B wash :)

Why were you annoyed with the particles enough to strain them? They make it look like something's wrong with the product but I never had any functional problems due to them.

The poll contains a fairly extensive list. It's interesting that "Other" is almost tied for second. I'm curious about the omissions.

Going off of the comments, have to say it's a combination of Gary Dean's IFDJ and Ultima Waterless Wash Plus+. I asked Vega to add Ultima Waterless Wash Plus+ after launching the poll when I realized I missed it as an option. I just blanked on IFDJ and never thought to add it... oops.

Ah yes, IUDJ, must be nice stuff.
So far I've settled on D114 after using ONR v2 and UWW+

Yeah, those two products, which I hear are very similar in performance, did kinda end up being glaring ommisions. Understandable though, what with all the products of this type on the market nowadays.

Just finished doing some non-detailing work with my old ONR v2.0 and, uhm....let's just say that the experience sure reinforced my appreciation of IUDJ. OK OK, sorry...I'm beating a dead horse bringing up the v2.0 :o Just sticks in my craw that I bought a [boat]-load of it based on all the rave reviews here.

I used my Duragloss rinseless. I bought it off Amazon for $15 for a 16 oz bottle. At 2 caps per gallon it equates to about a $1 a wash. Not super economical but not outrageous either. Next time I might opt for the larger bottle. So far no floating particles. Some times products separate over time so I'll keep an eye on it. No issues with streaking and the dirt released from the microfibers, which I prefer over how ONR works.

The list price is 10.69, FWIW. The dilution rate is 1oz/2 gal., like ONR. I don't know what your technique is, but I usually do a conventional wash on wheels/tires so I normally would get ~32 washes out of that bottle.

ONR seems to be the only rinseless that stains media like that (other than QEW in the old days)...I frequently try to tell myself that ONR must have something better in it than other washes that causes that...while I'm watching it stain my media.

I usually use Pinnacle in conjunction with their waterless. Prolly the best combo out there.

I bought the Duragloss stuff with the pink particles in it. When your done using it, you have pink particles on your car and pink stains on your towel. No thanks.

Maybe they should send me a new bottle for free?

I'll use UWW+ on the road because it can double as a rinseless and waterless - only one bottle to bring.

I use ONR to clean my iPad and to occasionally wipe off polish residue. As a rinseless wash - it kind of sucks now a days.

IUDJ is great as well - but with its' poor distribution and other good products out there, it's hard to bother with it.

Well until they get stuck all over your MF if you are using that wash with ....

I guess we must be talking about two different things, because I don't have that problem. The worst I get is some stuff adhered to the neck of the bottle.
