I got a nice surprise today. I received a phone call asking me if I had time to do some detailing on a couple exotic cars today. I told him we might, it would depend on how much work we had at our next stop. He then told me that one of them was a 1.8 million dollar Mercedes CLK GTR AMG.
:hmmm: ... ...
... :jawdrop: ...
assout:
I then proceeded to tell him that I think we might be able to squeeze them in.
I actually had seen both of them years before at a friend of mines shop. He is the mechanic who works on them. Ok, so that's the good news....
The bad news is these cars were at a moving company and were being shipped to Switzerland the next day. The Bugatti was stuck in gear in the aisle of their dark warehouse so we had to clean it up where it was. Had to detail the inside using a flash light! :crazy2: They had both been sitting a while so their interiors needed some attention. Wish I had time to take better pics but we were under a time crunch so these are all I had time to take.
I couldn't even fit in the Mercedes, not the most practical car in the world but it makes up for it in other areas I think. :dnaughty
