Doesn't anyone else think that there should be a flagrant foul called on Bob here? Denzil asked a simple question and was met with far less than civil responses. How does someone's opinions about product prices or marketing tactics have any bearing on this thread? If we drag every personal/professional issue into the threads we'll never have a chance to discuss detailing, the real subject at hand.

If you knew the facts there might be a different opinion on the matter from you, as I never start trouble but I will end it when it is prudent. What I was responding to was underhanded digs at a company and individual on another chat site while here asking " what do you think of x brands buffing pads " fawning genuine interest which was false.



On this other site he took three jabs in a row on products he has never tried and a jab at a person he has never met, everyone can have an opinion that is their right but when things are stated on biased viewpoint that is where things need to be set straight as someone's livelyhood can be affected adversly.

I guess my point is that maybe you're so close to the issue that it is difficult to see how the rest of the community may perceive what has happened here. Maybe he was "fawning interest" but it is hypocritical (from the perspective of an outside viewer) to call him out for other threads relating to personal/professional practices. A PM would suffice.

If you do not care, and do not have facts then why post a reply?. The rest of the community seems to not care as much as you do.
 
Digs such as what took place in this thread have no place on Autopia. As stated in the rules time and again, if you have a beef with someone, take it to email or PM.



If anyone else posts anything similar to this again, it will be treated as a personal attack and handled accordingly.
