Ah, good man! Former Yamaha RZ350, FZR400, R6, and R1 owner here (all red/white models).

LOL. I figured you rode. I commented on the Alpinestar decal in your garage thread. ;)

I had a 2000 R6 red/white, 2001 R6 Champions Edition, 2005 R1 raven, 2007 Suzuki M109R. Sold that now and I'm currently without a toy. Wife 2 B said I can have another after the wedding. :nixweiss

EDIT: My best friend works at ICON. ;)

That sounds great! Looking forward to it.

Nobody makes a mess quite like me. Haha.

All the best.

I'm booking up waaay in advance right now, so I'll pick out a few jobs and weekends and let you know. With the two of us working on it, we'll make twice the mess!

Nope, you didn't miss the P21S mention...I just forgot.

As always, outstanding work! Ive been inside one of those cars, and the back seat is where its at! SOO MANY GADGETS!! Was this one loaded with the massage chairs, fridge and all?? :D

Thanks Billy! This one didn't have the package with the airline seats in the back...I think that package (and whatever all comes with it) is almost a $10K option. Even without that, these are unbelievable cars for sure. Can you say major road trip car?

As me and my friend were going through all the options with the salesperson while sitting in the back seats, we jokingly said "does it clean the air when you fart TOO??" and we got the answer..."well, actually yes it does..":lol::lol:

I'm a little late to your party Todd! hehe

Anyway, that was a GREAT write-up. Definitely kept me entertained as I read through it. The work you did on the car? Amazing! It looks absolutely stunning in the after photo's.

It's good to see you are getting business from the AW article.

Keep up the good work!

EDIT: I forgot to mention...The logo you did on your ceiling is AWESOME! That was a great idea. I may have to steal the idea for my new shop. :think2

Thanks Mike, I appreciate it. I put a lot of work into this detail and the writeup. And yes, the AW article has kept my inbox and phone busy for sure.

It didn't cost that much to get the logo done for the ceiling. I had it printed, and then mounted on a foam board. I can't take the credit though, as a friend of mine in Indy came up with the idea. If you do it as well, we'll need to see photos! :)

Great job Todd. I won't be working for a week as I'm down here in Myrtle Beach enjoying the 85-90 degree weather. I really like the Banner you were telling me about too. Came out great. Overall, another great job my friend.

Terrific work on a very sweet ride. Amazing it got that bad after only 10 months. I think Lexus went a little overboard with that engine cover though :chuckle:.

Congrats on the AW article too.

Todd I really want to come and shadow with you on a detail when I'm home again (that won't be till July though now). I'm always of the opinion you can never stop learning, and when you think you know it all, you need to hang it up, and move on to something else cause you lost your passion...

DJ...thanks, and enjoy your time down on the warm beach!

WhiteStripes...thanks for the kind words on the detail and the garage.

Lenny...thanks, I appreciate it.

nrengle...thanks. Are you from Columbus?

Todd, yeah I'm just south in Mount Sterling. I've worked in Columbus for 10 years though at the Newport, LC (Promowest Pavilion), Nationwide, Schottenstein Arena, Germain, and all the CAPA gigs when I'm not on tour.

Where are you located at in Columbus?

I'm in Blacklick on the east side. I used to live (literally) right behind the Newport when I went to OSU. On tour? Tell us more...

Awesome work Todd and I like the reverse logo idea haha

Thanks Ivan. I figured there would be some people on Autopia that would like the reversed logo idea!
