I recently started working at a dealership as their new detail manager. Its a pretty cool place, small town kind of operation. They want to make the detail department stand out from all other dealers, so they brought me on to revamp the department. There is still a lot of work and training to do there, but its coming along nicely. Teaching the guys there the PROPER way to do cars definately has its challenges, but they are learning
This wasn't planned as a paint correction job, but only as water spot removal. *NOTE: the shop has some stuff to remove spots, but its pretty acidic, and I don't care for the stuff, so we will NOT be using that garbage* However, once I saw how bad it was, it definately needed some paint correction. Keep in mind, this was just ONE pass with the PC. It still has some light swirls, but the transformation is pretty cool. You can see in the pics how someone had already hacked up the front fenders with a rotary and wool pad. Thankfully it cleaned up nicely. This lady could not believe the transformation. She was only expecting the waterspots removed. She let a stream of profanities go when I pulled it into the service driveway and she saw it. You know, profanity in a good way lol. Probably one of the coolest reactions I've received!
Enjoy

I think it came out pretty good for only having 5 hours on it!
