Hi everyone, I'm new, but I have been lurking for a while.
I have a GTI w/ Tornado Red paint. I got the Klasse twins, and the AIO is :up :up . Made a nice shine and a real "buttery feel." BUT--when I put on the SG, it wouldn't come off--kept pulling at my MF (griot's) towel--and left major major haze! Even when I used to QD to help me out! The finish lost its smooth feel--felt tacky. I ended up going over the part of the car I SG'd w/ the AIO to get it nice again. Here are some things I did (it was my first time) that may habve been the problem; I am hope you experts can hook me up!
-I used the mf pad that came w/ the kit (dry)
-I put it on so thin that it didn't even look like anything
-I waited about 20 mins
-I used a MF wax-removal towel
Should I wait longer/Did I still put it on too thick???
thx in advance!
