1 Clean WS6

Detailing Rottweiler
Hey all!!

 Sums up this car as simply as I can put it.

If you've seen any of my BMW detail posts you know there is no love loss between myself and Mr. Bangle but good gawd did he get the 6 right. The M6 adds supercar power and handling to perhaps the best looking Bimmer in the post Bangle years IMHO. The car has an aura of elegant violence (particularly in black) about it...just awesome.

This particular M belongs to a newly acquired client of mine...a referral from one of my very good clients. It is brand new being just over 2 months old and shows about 1.5K on the odo. It is a daily driver and had not been touched since dealer delivery. It was dirty but in excellent shape. There was some light wash marring along with an occasional light buffer trail or two. I guess the dealer jocks even understood the caliber of this car!! The owner is a man after my own heart and has already begun modding it. It sports a front and rear K40 radar system, 20" Maya rims shod in Michelin Pilot rubber and has been lowered with a set of AC Schnitzer springs. He has future plans of adding some Dinan mods to it. My kinda of people!! Below is a description of process and products used.

Enjoy,

Mike

Wash with Meg's Gold Class shampoo

Polish with Poorboy's PwS using a LC white pad and my PC set at 5-6. This is a fantastic light polish making short work of the marring on this car and left the finish just silky smooth.

Seal with Poorboy's EX-P using a LC black pad and my PC set at 4.

Exterior glass has VM, rims have PB's Wheel Sealant and the tires and wells have AA.

Please pardon the bit of dust in a few of the pics...it was very windy today in the ATL.

Looks great, Mike. Very wet and glossy. :)

I agree about the 6, Bangle actually got it right! Also, PwS and EX-P worked well for me on a similarly colored metallic black CL500.

Awesome work Mike. :goodjob

That car is almost identical to the one I take care of. Even down to the CF Roof.

It truly is a an amazing piece of automotive craftsmanship.

I too, am having excellent results with PwS. I love everything about it.

Man, that car is flaking so good!

Excellent job. I just noticed that you're only like an hour or so from me!

Very "Wish I won the lottery" cool car :D

I hate very open rims on some cars because the brakes are so tiny and there usually is a lot of rust. However on this car they look perfect because the rotors and calipers are huge and the hardware is spotless

Wow thats soo sweet and hot M6  This was my 2nd time I had seen a M6 in Autopia.

I think Thomas(Td----ny), he did one too, it also a black color too. Nice ride :up

Incredible car and spectacular detail, looks awesome!!! I love the PWS and EX-P!!! Just wait until you see the car I get to detail tomorrow :secret :chuckle:

Wow... those cars look, sound and just flat out ARE incredible. Where do you work out of in Marietta? I'm right off of Macland Rd. in west cobb, I have definitely seen that car around Kennesaw. Absolutely beautiful color, great work!
