Well, this will be my first click and brag showoff ever and my first topic on these forums as well. I've been lurking around this website for the past year now reading everything that I can to get that perfect finish that I'm looking for. It's also nice to know that I'm not as OCD about keeping my paint perfect, as many of my friends and neighbors think I am.
Wash Meguires Gold Class
LC Orange Pad with OC via PC Spd 6
(Autogeek Generic) White Pad with Menzerna FPII Spd 5 / 6

I did this whole process over the course of three days. I had clayed the car about a month ago, and the paint still seemed to feel pretty good. So I skipped this step on for this round. This was the 4 time I've polished the paint on this car, and the first time I've used OC and the Menzerna line.
Not many befores since I keep the car very clean during the summer. Couple of shots of the swirls though.

Degreased the engine with a Citrus Degreaser. Can't remember which one. Then the only item I had laying around in a spray form was Black Magic to dress the engine. Seemed to work pretty good.

When it comes to the finishing polish stage. I don't know if it's the starter pads from Autogeek that I'm still using or an incorrect process, but after everything, I can still see some small tiny circular cuts in the sun. Not noticeable at all, but, it is possible to ever get the paint to be glass smooth? I was unsure if I should use a finishing polish on Spd 5, or 6, so I experimented a little.
I'm also debating whether or not to apply a final layer of Natty's Blue. I've read somewhere on these forums that isn't not necessary if you've applied a layer of Klasse HGS and that it could even dull the shine? Or is that not necessarily true?
Also, the day after finishing my car, my apartments new sprinkler system decided to go off over night and leave water spots all over my hood. Would a run with KAIO remove those? Or do I have to re-polish? :grrr
Overall, this is probably the best I've ever gotten the paint to look. I've never been able to see that blue fleck so well in the direct sunlight across the whole car. It really looks great.
