I picked up my Expedition from the body shop on Friday just prior to them closing. Under the BtB warranty had to repaint the front of the hood due to some bubbling. When I went to look at it I could see the dull wet sanding all over the hood I was PO'ed. :cursing: I brought the body shop manager out and he said I could come back tomorrow that he couldn't see it in the sun.
I told him I would try to get it out. So, I started with my PC, Menzerna 106 green CSS pad then followed up Menzerna FPII. After a few hours and almost dark that evening I was not happy and figured I would try again tomorrow.
Saturday bright and ealry used the orange CSS pad and began again. After a couple of passes voila.... and then 1 application of FMJ.
I didn't take pics of what it looked like prior...wish I did.
Anyways here is the finished product....and since it wasn't my wifes Benz no taping!
Not bad ...I guess?
