06 BMW 325IX Blue. Detailed to perfection!

Hey Guys,



This is a members car (Josh) here and over at e90post. This car was in very good condition and he has taken very good care of it, along with proper washing. He has also protected it last year with Zaino which really made a huge difference. To most seeing a car like this would have said, this does not need to be detailed. But deep down there were very light delivery swirls from when he had purchased it and wanted to have them removed and have the finish reach it's max gloss.



When I was washing it getting it ready for prep the car was still beading excellent.

Josh had done the interior and he did an excellent job. I also showed him to use Z6 and CS on the wheels to make them perfect and he was very pleased with the results from such an easy task.

Never been a big fan of blue cars but that looks really good. I don't remeber every seeing that drastic of a difference with the clear bra though. Are they all like that?

Is that a clear bra on the front of the car where I can see the line on the hood?



Other than that line from the clear bra i presume, car looks amazing!

Yes that is the clear bra. He is going to have it taken off and have a new one put on. I did clean it up pretty good, but it does have a bunch of very tiny pockets in it. It is very soft also.

Hey, it's Josh.



Ryan did an incredible job getting out the last of the swirls and scratches. I'm extremely happy with the results. Also he did a great job with the clear bra. There aren't any before pictures that we took, but it was really cloudy and dirty. It becomes incredibly soft from the heat of the engine bay, and as a result, everything sticks to it. In any case, here's some pictures which I think really show how clear the reflection is..



And some from the day after the CS, Z8 application, when the finish really started to look wet and look like it was underwater..

I used mothers to polish the exhaust tips by the way, they came out great..
