Hey whats up guys. Went and did the GTC again today, this time I had time and the weather cooperated. It's cool too now he wants it done once a week now. I can keep it as it is meant to be. Here is the process for the exterior.

Hand wash via De-inionzed/filtered water

KIT Exterior detergent

Virgin Lambswool mitt

Microfiber mitt on the wheels

Microfiber dry

Mothers clay, hood and trunk only, very little contaminents as it is almost new.

Menz 106ff Via rotary w/LC white pad at 1500-1600

Rewash

Megs NXT Via PC, blue sonius pad (say what you want, It gets a new coat every 2 weeks)

P21S By hand

Megs Hyper dressing on tires and wheel wells.

Meg glass cleaner

Here are the results. About 5 hours total time. Sorry I dont have befores, I was running behind and just wanted to get going on it asap. It really needed only minimal paint correction as it has like 1000 miles on it. Minor marring, a couple of trails(from the dealer no doubt, and a few microscratches from him washing it improperly.

In the sun...

Comments Welcome!

Stay tuned for the interior with the top down mext week. BTW while the paint was good, whomever put on the 3m did a ****** job. I do 3m installs, you guys should look into getting trained. It is really easy and it is a cash cow (if cash cows are your thing:).

Immaculate, you work in Michigan if I remember correctly. I just ordered a new Audi and I'd like to have a clear bra installed. Could you please PM me with some information?

And great work on that Bently! I don't think I could trust myself with that thing!

Looks great! Very deep and wet!

:bigups

How hard is it for clear bra install? I have been wanting to try on my own car and a few friends.

Once you learn how it do it is not that hard, however it is time consuming. If your not trained on how to do it I would say don't even attempt it, the kits are $250+, so if you mess up...

I love Bentley Paint!! Very thick and pretty much no orange peel. Wish other manufacture would do the same!

Not sure I want to pay $50,000 for a Corolla....

Outstanding work on the Bentley, the paint looks perfect. :goodjob

It was a 4 to one ratio. I prefer my tires satin rather than greasy, but I also ask my clients what THEY want.

The hyper dressing is actually a great product. I didnt think it would meet my standards when I first bought it and started using it.

The trick is to spray it on and just let it run all over and let it cure. I usally do this after the first wash and before the re wash, that way I wash off al the overspray, which almost always is a probem with spray dessings.

On a 4 to one ratio dilution ill rate the hyperdressing with the following.

Value, 10 out of 10 ($40 for 4 gallons!)

Durabilty, 6.5 out of 10 (about a week for one application, survives rain and touchless washes pretty well.)

Shine/Results, 7 out of 10 all in how you apply it and mix it

Easy of use 7 out of 10 (can be sprayed or wiped, spraying yeild better results)

Overall, im going to keep using it because it really is one of my top expenses when we just wash cars all day, and dont detail them.

Woo very nice job! Infinitely deep and very wet.

I've been up close to a bentley GT and the paint is nice, and it was black too! There was only one area of orange peel, the rear bumper around the license plate area. TUrned me off, :p
