Even the rear bumper was swirl free...

If you think you see a swirl or two in the nose, it's the clear bras.

Holy crap, I never realized those things had such a big trunk. I'm trying to remember if my friend's X1/9 even had a trunk, not that any of you even know what an X1/9 is. (Except for Bence ;) )

The trunk probably looks bigger then it really is. I had a neihbor comment to me he didn't think he could fit his golf clubs in there, if that tells you anything.

:wow: the car that always i wanted to have and i hope to manage to buy it one day (dreams dreams dreams). Some more pictures of the car please please please...You have to be very lucky to detail such a car...lucky you..

You can get some of the older ones with a few miles on them for pretty cheap these days, just fyi.

Thanks, God has blessed me with some great clientele.:usa

Fantastic work John, a real labour of love.

Too bad about the clear bra on the bonnet, really spoils the perfect finish...

Great job :xyxthumbs . The interior looks flawless, like no one has ever sat in it.

It really didn't have a lot of miles on it. There was some wear on the drivers seat bolster that was rubbed quite a bit from where the owner would get in.

Excellent job on the NSX. It's one of a kind because it's rare. It's kinda funky how the clear bra was installed on the fenders btw.

They are a bit rare, and yes the clear bras was different on those side fenders. There was a whole lot of orange peel on it as well as some area that look like they were stretched and worn.... I think the installer could have done a better job.

After this detail I think he's going to have it redone to get it to try to match the look of the rest of the paint.

Nice work. I guess a person should not throw away the ol' orbital just yet, huh? :) I can't imagine working on that motor, though. Very tight quarters.

The engine wasn't too bad. It was easier to clean then it looks. The hardest part was hand polishing all the painted parts on the sides around the engine and trunk and such.

Diesal, Artikxscout, Pampos, Bense, Daniel, Pat, Steelwind, thanks all you guys for the compliments. It means a lot after so much work went into this car. I was happy with the results as was the owner.:bigups

I don't ordinarily respond to C&Bs but :bow

How come? There's tons of great detailers on here that do incredible work, you should let them know what you honestly think about there work. It's nice to have people appreciate all the hard work you do.:woot2:

Nice Work Josh!!!

Black is tough enough......but you made it look amazing.

Had it for a week you say??

Thanks, yes he dropped it off Sunday night and picked it up the next Sat. I could have kept it longer if I needed, but got it up to standards in that amount of time. However I did have an old 56 Chevy Bel Air for 9 days that took me 32 hours to complete for a show.

I have to work these show quality details around my schedule with other cars I detail throughout the week.

Josh
