05 Lambo Gallardo & 01 E320 (Both Black & Both OWNED ME) 60+ PICS

WOW!

I almost dropped a load in my pants after I saw that Lambo. The color clarity, range, and depth of shine in the outside shots of the Lambo are among the best I've seen on this site. Pat yourself on the back, you do amazing work:bow

Lack of OP is good!!!!!!!!!!:D :D :D

Sorry I havent responded much...my body is killing me today. I have another 10-12 hour detail tomorrow on another BLACK car and just did some work on a BLACK car today. I will post up pics sometime late tomorrow night. Thanks for all the compliments. Both of these cars really did OWN me. The Gallardo probably could have used 20 hours total to get it back in showroom condition and the E320, well the paint is just waaaay too thin to make further corrections.

To answer someone's question earlier, I do all polishing steps on one panel then move on to the next.

I don't really agree with you there.

To prove my point I wish Chris would take pictures before wax (all polished) and with wax on. Not saying Zymol doesn't add to the final look but to me the look is more Menzerna than the wax.

Who knows??? Maybe you are right.

Its ok........I'd love to see the comparison.

Polishes won't extend the appearance of the reflection to the same degree as the wax (much more so with the zymols). It does make the paint clearer and haze free (no brainer). Its the same debate in terms of prep vs. finish, but I'll wager that some comparison photos would bring the house down.

I will see these cars again in the fall for another session. I just hope the dealer doesnt install anymore scratches into the Gallardo. I know the owner wont be using them for detailing anymore at least.

As for the Zymol EG lineup... I absolutely love them. Yes in my eyes they are the best waxes I have personally used but they are EXPENSIVE. When I run out with what I have which will take a while, I might throw down for some lifetime vintage or go cheap and just get the Concours. I guess I will see when the time comes.

Chris, that is some Tremendous work there! That lambo was beat and you revived her to the max she will ever see. I know the feeling of getting owned by cars, but is all well worth it in the end when it is finished. You always say, "I'll do it again"!

That MB is shocking on how it came out. Another beautiful example of top rated work. You get what you pay for and those customers got a great deal.

I have a critical eye for detail and your work impresses the hell out of me. It takes a lot to do that.

By the way I love those pics with that new camera your using. The clarity and crispness is unreal and really shows your work. I am going to buy a Nikon also. I need something to show off my work also.

Thanks for the compliments everyone. I just got done with another black car 4th in 4 days and will post that one up tomorrow. IM BEAT!!! lol :)
