good one step product for cheapos

What is a good all around one step product for people such as car dealers who don't want to pay for multiple steps.

I'm looking for something that cleans, polishes, hides swirls, and waxes at the same time if that's not too tall of an order to fill. I know the results are only temporary but some people are only looking for a quick fix and don't care.

PwC, NXT, AIO, anything else?

Poorboys is the product good protection, great shine, easy to use, and works well by hand applications

Moose Wax is a very good cleaner wax. It's not exactly cheap at $20 per pint, but it does the job. I like to use it on wheels, hood and trunk jambs and other areas that could usea mild cleaning in addition to waxing. It's also is nice for removing tar (it's petro-based) adn leaving a coating of wax behind.

I like PwC better for looks though. Both are easy enough to use and leave a smooth and clean surface behind.

A new product I've been toying around with is Hi-Temp's Paint Perfection Glaze. It has HT-61 Light cut as a base, but then leaves a polymer sealant behind. The difference is that this one actually POLISHES and then leaves durable protection behind. This AIO (all in one) type product you are looking for is hard to make, as most polishes will cancel out a wax or protectant. You can get this very inexpensive at Top of the Line (www.topoftheline.com) I paid $24 for a gallon because it was so good. Our fellow member Anthony Orosco uses this all the time and turned me onto it.

It can be bought in smaller quantities as well ($5.95 for 16oz!). I also have a thread going on here with my testing results. Type in Top of the Line or Paint Perfection Glaze in the search, or look under my name.

Here is the link to the product http://www.topoftheline.com/tolae/32ozpainswir.html

And on TOL's homepage, you'll see the Jaguar I did with it.

Just started using #66 by PC and must say it looks great...haven't had any done long enough to comment on durability... The package I have includes claying, so customers are more than happy with the outcome...

Along with the ones you, and others have mentioned, Meguiar's ColorX would be another good choice.

how does it look on black cars? did you use it by hand or by p.c.?

On black, there is a touch of wetness, but the polish really went to work on it. I topped it with Trade Secret and it looked very sweet!

Brian,

Your definitely giving your customer more by using something like PPG in my opinion, plus it is inexpensive!

Hey Nick, do you know anyone else carry Hi Temp products since TOL doesn't ship outside North America ?:(

Try the Hi-Temp website, but I am not sure. You might have to call either one of the companies. I know TOL is the only company in the states allowed to sell Hi-Temp, so choices are limited. Speaking to someone (i.e. Irene at TOL) might smooth things up to ship overseas. :dunno

If worst comes to worst, I bought a gallon and I'm sure I can get you some of it over there. :)

I did email to Irene about shipping overseas and somehow they stopped doing that and just concentrate on North America ,not sure why they ignore a segment of the market:dunno

I'll keep that in mind Nick, I was thinking of where to get my suppy of TS when it runs out actually since PAC stops carrying them ,as well as trying their grape tire dressing and pizzaz and... TOL does have lots of interesting products tho.

Cheers Nick

I just got my 32oz. of Grape Tire in, along with another canister of TS. Pizzaz is a sweet carnauba paste as well. If you ever have problems with shipping, your a good guy and I wouldn't mind getting it to you.
