Pinnacle XMT Gel Shampoo & Conditioner Review

This soap is getting quite the following! :D

Another one on my try list is dodo sour power. Born to be mild was outstanding. Another one that stood out was prima hydro wash. I was not impressed with cg wash & gloss.

I'm looking forward to trying AutoFinesse Avalanche Snow Foam next winter. I've hear great things about it removing road salt sludge here in the NE.

I JUST purchased this Civic from a good friend. He was the second owner and has owned it for 10 years. It has 220k miles on it, and it still runs great. He just purchased a new 2014 Civic Si and didn't want to sell it unless it went to someone who would care for it (I had to pry it from him lol). I needed a reliable street DD so he sold it to me at a low low best friend price. It needs some work (clearcoat failure) but overall it's in great condition. I'm going to clean it up and maybe swap the motor to something fun down the road. I'm brand new to the Honda scene so I've got a lot of homework to do, but I already have a spreadsheet with parts growing lol. No leaks in the trunk. Yours looks like it's in great shape and I'm jealous of your black paint.

Very nice! I'm also the second own of mine having owned it since 2000/ add 160K miles to the odo. A while back I was tempted to mod it but decided against it since its my DD and rather spend the $$ on a garage queen and of course detailing supplies!

Also, thanks for the kind words - advice on this forum has helped me keep it's black paint looking great! Here's a shot from a few years back after the first time I detailed it w/ a GG6, Meg's UC+UP, and topped with P21s Concours Carnauba Wax:

After the 2nd use of this soap this morning, i found out what i like/dont like about it. Not good in the foam gun. But the added gloss of this soap is great! This is the perfect soap for MAINTAINING a just waxed/sealed vehicle. Would i buy it again? NO. Only if it was bogo. It would never replace megs hyper wash. My current soap is cg maxi suds II. This soap is a good all around product. Great in the gun and bucket. But....when thats finished, i am back to HW.
