Gonna put it to the test on a heavily swirled/oxidized black Mustang on Friday!

GREAT guy!

Interesting you went with the 15(not that there's anything wrong with that). He talked me out of the 15 to get the 21!

Congrats Mark! I ordered mine from KB as well. I couldn't decide between the 15 or 21 and KB talked me into the 21 as well. KB is a great guy. Before I ordered the 21 he talked with me for 30 minutes.

Also, mjlinane's reviews and feedback helped with my decision.

My 21 came yesterday. It shipped very quick. Picture is in the unpacking thread.

Why the delay? You are always an early adopter. I look forward to your comments.

Thanks everyone!!

I had to hold off a bit on this one, it's not cheap!! :(

Troy, I may pick up the 5" plate in the future.

I will post my thoughts for sure!

I was dead set on the 15, until KB convinced me otherwise. He said the 15 is great, but the 21 is THAT much better as far as correcting power! KB also included his washer mod, which frees up about 50% rotation!

Awesome Mark, I can't wait to hear what you think of it! :bigups

I know you bought the Flex 3401 and didn't like how the Meguiar's DA Microfiber pads on it and was wondering if you plan on testing them on the Rupes?

I think you're going to like this machine......:bigups

Absolutely, my good buddy!!!

I've been told to use the Meg's finishing pads, as they're a bit smoother than cutting pads. I don't have those in 6", but I do have Optimum MF cutting pads in 6", which are very pliable, like the Meg's finishing pads. Being that the Rupes is a RO, there's no doubt they should work better than the forced rotation 3401. ;)

My feeling exactly Mark!! :bigups
