BF Polymer Spray Sealant vs. MS Spray Wax

I dont have the exact products u asked.
i believe one is wax based one is sealant based.
both should work fine for refreshing the paint after a wash.

I use the poly seal to amp up the shine after every few washes and or under the spray wax for a car show.

I use 'em both . my short version...

For me the MS spray acts like a QD.
The Polymer spray is like a LSP spray.

Poly spray does not work as well as MS as a QD
The Poly Spray lasts longer and looks different.

Have you ever used Megs Ultimate Quik Detailer?

Have you ever used Zaino Z-8 Grand Finale spray?

The BF Spray Wax is what it say's, a wax in liquid form. The BF Poly Spray is a sealant in spray form that will continue to enhanced the BFWD sealant on the paint. If your looking for just a QD then I recommend BLACKFIRE Midnight Sun Instant Detailer for that QD touch up your looking for. One thing for sure they all will give you the protection your looking for on your / customers paint. P.S. don't forget to use some type of waterless wash or reg. wash if the surface is too dirty.

BF Polymer Spray is a spray sealant that has "some" ability to clean light dust and smudges. It has the MOST protection of the products listed.

BF Midnight Sun Spray Wax is a dedicated (aerosol) spray wax that is almost pure wax with some polymers. It has very little cleaning ability (maybe light smudges) and lasts ALMOST as long as BF Polymer Spray, but gives your paint a rich, warm shine that only purified carnauba can.

BF Midnight Sun Instant Detailer has the most cleaning ability (lubricity) of the bunch and adds a rich warm shine, although the carnauba content is low. It more repelinishes protection vs. adds its own.

^ what he said!

Sadly, I've not had the opportunity to use the aerosol spray wax yet.

I ordered the aerosol by mistake (confused it with the polymer spray) and need to try it.

What is the main difference? To refresh the surface after a car wash, can't you really use either?

Hi OP, the BF Poly Spray is like a QD,but a gazillion times better. Every time I use a waterless or rinseless I shine up the car with poly spray; leaves a slick amazing reflective shine.

Thanks Everyone. I stopped using products as a QD and now use waterless wash instead, then I follow up with BF Polymer Spray Sealant. I dont' have MS Spray Wax (I had it when it was a cleaner was but not made anymore), but I did recently try Meg's Quik Wax (OTC) and was pretty happy with it as a drying agent.

I don't use QD's but I have used and like Zaino Z-8 Grand Finale Spray but once I am out will probably just stick to BF Poly Spray.

This is exactly what I do. I LOVE BLACKFIRE Wet Diamond Waterless Wash (it actually adds a considerable amount of protection to the paint as well) and if I need a topper I will finish with Polymer Spray (which will layer directly on top).

Realistically, if you wash with either Wet Diamond Waterless Wash or Rinseless Wash regularly and occasionally top with Polymer Spray, you really wont "need" any more protection. That said, you know us, you can never have too much ;)

This is my very first post. I am still new to the BF products. I have been using the BF Waterless wash and topping it off with the BF Mid Night Sun instant detailer. The results are outstanding compared to past products I've used. Any benefit with switching from the BFQD to the BF Polymer Spray as a topper?? Thanks again and I enjoy all your posts and feedback.

Polymer Spray will give a more "Wet Diamond" look while Midnight Sun ID will give you a deeper carnauba shine. Polymer Spray does have more protection BUT if you are using WD Waterless Wash frequently then you will have all the protection you need anyways.

Thanks Todd, Like I said these BlackFire products really work. I just ordered some more BlackFire and my cars never looked better.
