Called ACC this morning

I called ACC this morning and Vin Diesel answered the phone. He gave a different name so you wouldn't know but I could tell by the voice.

I wonder if he will autograph my shipment?
 
I was caught off guard and I was at work when I called so I didn't get to spend any time on the phone.

Todd works fast. A few minutes after I was off the phone I got an email confirmation.

Great!!!! I bet the Stig and Todd are fighting over who is Batman and Who is Robin as we speak.

I did the same thing. All I can say is he took the time to ask (ordering pads) "what type of paints and cars do you work on." Neither one knew who we were till things got more specific.
That's great fact finding and ensuring someone gets what they need.
It was a pleasure. I can say the whole team has always been great.

The pleasure was mine! I try to answer the tech calls as much as I can. I really enjoy helping people. You definitely didn't need any help ;)
