I have a new Ford Focus SE in Blaze Yellow, and used the OC 2.0 today. What a great product to use. I washed the car with dish soap, clayed, polished, washed again and applied the OC 2.0. Went on very easily, flashed off quickly, and almost no "high spots". Five hours later, the car looks great. Now we'll have to see about the longevity. Expectations are for two years, based on what I've read.

Thanks for posting your positive experience with this product. It really is easy to use and it will last a long time on a properly prepared test. I helped a friend torture his car (half of it was coated with the brother product Opti-Coat, later renamed Opti-Guard).

No IPA wipe after the second wash?

This would be my concern as well. OptiCoat 2.0 and OptiGuard both need to be applied to completely clean surface for maximum adhesion.
