That's all fine and well (if correct) unless there is a special sale @ AG for the weekend only and you discover it Saturday night when both businesses are closed. By the time one can call on Monday, the sale is over! If the discount code won't work here then they have lost the sale and AG gets the order. The whole point of this is one code at site A doesn't work on site B for the same product in the case of a special sale.
That may be entirely intentional for all I know.

One other problem is that ACC stock is still a subset of AG so there are few lower value items that I must get from AG. Since I usually wait for free shipping plus discounts that often have minimums I end up at AG since these little items help push the cart value up.

Given they are fulfilled out of the same place, I am curious why there is any gaps at all.
 
I throw my bucks in the garbage. Don't order enough being that I only do my own stuff to ever use them. Unless I'm missing something with them.
 
I used the 15% off on the orders I've done and have gotten free shipping both times too, (bday and special over $125). I probably could have paid a little less at AG or gotten a couple more free stuff, but I felt some loyalty to this site. I do wish ACC would put out some similar BOGO deals as well, or at least more free shipping offers.
Also, this might be the environmental studies major coming out, but ACC shouldn't put those fliers in every shipment! I feel like you could save a bit of money and cut down on paper! haha though the "personal note" is a good touch in terms of customer service.
