A-CC products at Detail Fest

Bunky

Detailing Gnosis
Now that AG has picked up Chemical Guys I know I will be able to get some at Detail Fest but wondering if one could order from ACC at Detail Fest if there was some reason (product not sold by AG).

I am working on a list of things to pick up (putting off any new orders at the moment) so just thinking. This time I will be even more prepared since I forgot to pick up some things.

I'm not sure Bunky. It's a great suggestion, let me see what I can come up with. If there is any other suggestions about Detail Fest, ACC at Detail Fest, or BLACKFIRE please keep them coming in.

I have another suggestion concerning Detail Fest but this will probably have the same end result as the Hindenburg disaster. Meaning crash and burn!

You could always have another contest and the lucky winner would get round trip tickets, accommodations and a product voucher worth 100.00(going easy on you here).

All the person would have to do to enter would be by being the first person to ask for Detail Fest 2012 Tickets Oh Yeah!!

And seeing how I am the first to ask, I won:rockon

So do you want my address PMed to you or do I need to call on Monday?:rofl

That might be a little over the top :rofl but the idea is really good! :bigups

Not to hijack your thread Al but since we're talking about Chemical Guys I thought I'd add something here.

This was a direct order to Chemical Guys and although I have sent this to their customer service address twice I have not received one reply..

It wasn't a larger order at all but the lack of response was a bit disappointing.

My note to Chemical Guys...

Hello,

Order #43304

My order arrived today via FedEx and while the box and it's contents show no signs of damage one of the products was frozen solid; SPI_210_16 Fabric Protectant. I took photos of it frozen with the bottle's bottom bulging and can send them if needed.

Item # cws_201_16 was crystallized and leaking but all contained within the bag. This item was not completely frozen but was definitely leaking.

Everything's inside now warming up but I am concerned how temperatures down to 10 above zero have affected both the product and it's packaging.

Please advise on how temperatures as low as 10F could affect the performance of these products and how I should proceed.

Thank you for your time and great car care products.

Sincerely,

Bob

^ I've always been leery of ordering liquid products in the winter time. I can't imagine that they would be the same after freezing?? I always thought this would start some form of chemical separation or something.

If I dont hear back from an email within about 2 days I call, they get a ton of emails Im sure. Here is their info
