Anti-Vibration handle

I own a GV110v2 and also had older pc. My findings are that the bail handles are not user friendly. Problem with PC handle is you have tendency to push down on the handle and your pad is not flat on the surface you are working on.GV110V2 is somewhat of improvement from PC but it also has it's downfalls. While using mine for few hrs my hands hurt so much that I could not do anything for few days. How many of you Members would show any interest in Anti-Vibration Bail handles? Just a concept that I am currently working on. Any input would be appreciated and maybe we all can learn something from your inputs.

I think you would loose a little control if it had one, it sounds like a good idea but might end up doing more harm than good

In my case I removed the handle and replaced the screw in the top cover.
I cup my hand over the top cover of the PC for for feel and smooth control.

I do the same. I never liked the handle and I think this method gives better control

Some of CCOHS regs. That is why Flex meets EU standards for Anti-Vibration and of course OSHA still has a voluntary program with bunch of recommendations. LOL

I also just go handle-less. More control and better feel. A handle that mounted top center would be better if it could dampen the vibrations.

That is the intent, it's like wearing gloves when I do anything. Just hate it, but long term effects are evident. So far I made the handle mounted on rubber shocks with anti-fatigue grip. Problem is that rubber shocks that I chose are to sensative so you can not put to much down pressure (8 lb per side)New order is coming next wk with 20 lbs per side.Will see how it works out.
Just please take any precautions as much as possible.
